Paul Glover
Paul came to Canada from England in 2004 to drive for Yankee Transfer. Prior to that, Paul was a driver trainer for BP Global, an energy company in the United Kingdom. In 2008, Paul and Paul formed United Transfer. Paul has been driving trucks since he was 18 years old, straight out of school, the passion for transportation begun, but Paul did not stop there, it was a big move to leave the open road behind for an office position, Paul does not regret his decision as he has been able to watch United Transfer blossom into a thriving business servicing Western Canada.

Paul came to Canada from England in 2004 to drive for Yankee Transfer. Prior to that, he was a transportation manager for Sainsburys, which is a retailer in the United Kingdom. Paul's skill set for top notch customer service and extensive supply chain experience leaves him as a valuable asset and holds a wealth of information to share with the United Team. United Transfer Ltd. was founded in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in 2008 by two British transportation professionals. United Transfer Ltd opened the doors to its first 2000 sq ft warehouse offering local same day couriers services.
A few years later in 2011, the business was thriving and United Transfer built up a great reputation for on time delivery and customer service second to none. It caught the eye of a very reputable national transportation company that awarded United Transfer a significant contract to perform last mile delivery services throughout Northern Saskatchewan which allowed United Transfer to move into a new 16,000 sq ft facility.
In 2015, our largest customer was extremely pleased with the services provided and awarded United Transfer a contract to perform last mile delivery throughout all of Saskatchewan, United Transfer Ltd was then able to open its second location in Regina, Saskatchewan and moved into a 9000 sq ft facility.
In 2019, United Transfer was at it again and expanded into a larger building in Saskatoon with more space to grow and more dock doors to push the freight through. United Transfer Ltd moved into a 25,000 sq ft facility. With the bigger warehouse and some space to fill, United Transfer Ltd expanded its transport operations over the border into Alberta and initiated a daily line haul service from Edmonton.
Along came 2020 and the available capacity in Saskatoon was quickly filled with another large contract awarded from a national intermodal carrier. This opportunity allowed United Transfer Ltd to distribute LTL freight throughout Western Canada.
